You can always change or delete your shopping bag, if you haven't submited your order, by accessing your basket.

and tell us the order reference and your contact details. Please note that if you want to change or cancel the order when it has already been shipped, you will have to pay the cost to ship the shoes back to our headquarter.

HOW CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND?
If you want to make an exchange or refund please contact us at email@example.com telling us your contact details and the order number and we will contact you in order to explain you how to proceed. The shoes have to be sent to our headquarters, in the same conditions they were received and in their original box, within 15 days. IF I MAKE A REFUND, WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE MONEY BACK?
When we receive the shoes back in our headquarters, and we check that they are in good conditions, we are going to proceed with the money refund. Please note that depending on the bank entity that you have it may take between 3 and 15 days for the money to be seen back in your account.
