HOW CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

All the items purchased at www.mireiaplaya.com can always be exchanged if they are in perfect conditions and the product has not been used. However, don’t forget that you have 15 calendar days from the receipt of the product to exchange it.

To proceed to change the product, send us an e-mail to  providing us your information and the order number confirming your request to change the size.

As soon as we receive your request, we will contact you to provide more information about how to proceed. The item must be shipped in the same conditions as received. Protect the box with the same packaging we used and if you don’t have the original packaging, you have to replace it with packaging of similar size and capacity. If we check that the product doesn't arrive in perfect conditions, it can affect# the exchange. Once we receive the item you bought, and we check the status, we will send you a new pair of shoes. If you received an incorrect or defective product, please contact us by mail at

DO I HAVE TO PAY SOMETHING FOR MY EXCHANGE?

Yes, the customer is responsible for paying all shipping charges. These costs will be paid by bank transfer or paypal.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES OR RETURNS ON SALES PERIODS?

Yes, you can make exchanges and returns on sales periods if the product prices are respected. In addition the customer should know the limited stock we have at that time.

Yes, the customer has to send the shoes back to us.

HOW WILL RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once the return is approved, you will receive the refund (minus the transport costs generated *) through the same payment method you used to purchase your Mireia Playà's.

* 5€ shippings to Spain. For International shipments it will correspond to the price paid for the shipment. In case of promotions related to shipping prices, it corresponds to the shipping prices listed here.

that your data will be added to the processing system owned by SHOES MANAGEMENT SLU,
with Tax ID number B64734288 and its registered office at C/ SANT PERE MES ALT 18 PRAL
1 08003, BARCELONA, in order to attend to your right of withdrawal in accordance with Law
3/2014, of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of
Consumers and Users and other complementary legislation, approved by Royal Legislative
Decree 1/2007, of 16 November.

In keeping with applicable regulations, SHOES MANAGEMENT SLU informs users that their
information will be kept during the necessary period in order to fulfil the aforementioned
conditions

Unless we are notified to the contrary, we will assume that your details have not been modified,
that you agree to notify us if they change, and that we have your consent to use them for the
aforementioned purposes.

SHOES MANAGEMENT SLU hereby states that it will process the data in a lawful, honest,
transparent, suitable, relevant, limited, accurate and updated manner. SHOES MANAGEMENT
SLU therefore undertakes to take all reasonable measures to ensure that it will be deleted or
rectified without delay when it is inaccurate.

In accordance with the rights conferred on you by the current Personal Data Protection
legislation, you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, limitation of processing,
deletion, portability and objection to the processing of your personal data and the consent
given for its processing, by sending your request to the postal address indicated above or 
by writing an email to info@mireiaplaya.com.

You may contact the competent Supervisory Authority to submit any claim you deem appropriate
The submission of this form constitutes the formalisation of your right to withdraw, and
consequently, the discharge of the obligation to execute the contract concluded between the
parties. Once your request has been processed, SHOES MANAGEMENT SLU will send you
an acknowledgement of receipt using the communication channel which you indicate on this
form. We remind you that it should be retained as evidence of your exercise of your right to
withdraw.
